We launched with a single truck and a few units, and we still operate that way. When you call, you reach me or someone I'd trust at my own home. This is a family business, so if something isn't right, it falls on us, and we make it right the same day.

I track every job on one board in the office, and every driver reviews it before heading out. When we say Tuesday morning, that means Tuesday morning. If anything changes, I call you before you need to call me.
